Individuals who have been advised by a healthcare professional to restrict strenuous physical activity are advised to seek professional medical advice before participating in the program.
Participants are responsible for accurately reporting their health and physical condition to the organization.
The race leader's course and safety instructions must be followed.
One should not deviate from the designated route alone.
Technicians should move cautiously on rocky and steep descents.
Actions that could endanger the safety of other runners in the group should be avoided.
Attention should be paid to fluid intake appropriate to the air temperature.
Natural, archaeological, and historical sites should not be damaged.
Trash should not be left on the course.
Participants should move around as much as possible within a group.

-Air travel: The fastest option is Antalya Airport (AYT). The airport is approximately 13 km from Antalya city center and is open to domestic and international flights. You can reach the city center from the airport by municipal bus, tram, shuttle, taxi, or rental car.
-Bus: There are intercity bus services to Antalya from Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Konya, and many other cities in Turkey. Buses arrive at Antalya Bus Terminal.
-Private vehicle: You can also reach Antalya by road. Since the starting point of the Running Trail program is Fethiye/Ovacık, a private transfer can be arranged via Antalya or Dalaman depending on the program. The program document also states that transfers to Dalaman and Antalya Airports can be arranged separately.
-International access: It is possible to reach Antalya Airport from many international destinations with direct flights or via Istanbul. Antalya Airport is open 24/7 throughout the year.

10. Is this program a race or a running holiday?
This program is not a race event. It is a Running Trail Holiday program that combines exploring the Lycian Way by running with trail running, active travel, Mediterranean nature, historical sites, relaxation, and social activities.
Recording with a camera during the tour is subject to the company's written permission. All photos and videos taken during the tour are copyrighted by our company. Public publication and use of photos and videos taken during the tour on social media without the company's permission is prohibited. The copyright of all photos and videos belongs to our company. Participants may use tour images with special permission.
If a service recipient wishes to discontinue or cancel a service for any reason during the tour, the cancellation/refund policy does not apply. The participant will not receive a refund. The participant may cancel or choose not to participate in services such as lunch or local tours included in the tour package. However, they will not receive a refund, nor will the cost of these services be deducted from the tour price.
If weather conditions are severe enough to prevent the tour from taking place, or if they pose a risk to participants' health, certain stages of the tour may be cancelled or postponed. Participants cannot hold the company responsible for cancellations of specific stages of the tour due to adverse weather conditions, nor can they request a refund.
If the participant is dissatisfied with the hotel or hotel room, they should inform the service provider.
