General Information about Turkey Caravan Rental:
Price is for 4 nights - 5 days caravan rental. Please visit the programs section for caravan features, equipment, and other essentials. Delivery and return fee will be added depending on the address and city where the vehicle will be delivered. Driver is not included in the price. You can add a driver to your reservation from the extras section.

Restrictions for Caravan Rental:
You need to have a Class B driver's license to be able to use or rent the caravan. Individuals under the age of 22 are not allowed to rent a caravan. However, rental can be arranged with sufficient references.
Caravan Insurance:
Our vehicles are fully insured. Lost, stolen, or damaged materials in the vehicles are not covered by insurance. However, the renter is responsible for damages caused by user error. Personal travel insurance is not covered by insurance. You can purchase travel insurance from the extras section.
Caravan Delivery and Return:
Select the date you will pick up the caravan from the reservation calendar. Write down the address where you will pick up and return the caravan in the notes section. (Free delivery is provided for Cappadocia caravan rentals) Take pictures of the vehicle's exterior and interior equipment when picking up the caravan.
Deposit and Additional Charges:
A deposit fee of 150 EU will be charged for rentals. After a smooth delivery and return process, the deposit will be refunded to the renter. Additional mileage and cleaning fees are not charged. However, if user-caused damages require cleaning, the cost will be covered by the deposit. Bridge tolls, highway tolls, parking fees, and traffic fines are the responsibility of the renter.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments for vehicle reservations are taken on a daily basis from the day the reservation is made. The renter can cancel the reservation and receive a refund up to 10 days before the rental period. In cases of travel-restricting illnesses, deaths of first-degree relatives, exam changes, etc., the renter can request a cancellation and receive a refund up to 1 day before the rental. In cancellations related to these situations, the renter must present the necessary documents.
Technical Details of the Caravan:
Our caravan is diesel-powered, manual transmission, and under 10 years old. It is delivered with all maintenance and major maintenance completed. Our caravans generate their own electricity with solar panels and operate uninterrupted TV, internet, refrigerator, interior lighting, and exterior caravan lighting without the need for external electricity. An extra generator can be included in the vehicle upon request. The extra generator is not included in the price and is charged separately. Our caravans have a smart inverter with 200 x 200 (2 pieces) gel batteries - one of which is a backup.
Equipment and Materials:
The vehicle includes TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, interior lighting, and exterior lighting. It has a macerator toilet (odorless), hydrofoil and hot water, cold water system. Stove, rechargeable vacuum cleaner, and canopy are among the other equipment in the vehicle. When there is an external power connection, an air conditioner is available. An electric boiler is used for hot water.
Roadside Assistance and Emergency Services:
Roadside assistance and emergency services are available for possible problems with the caravan on the road. Technical malfunctions are covered by our company.
