What is volleyball?
Volleyball is a team sport played with six players, based on getting the ball into the opponent's court. With the Kayseri volleyball course, athletes have the opportunity to develop quick thinking, endurance, and teamwork skills.
How to Play Volleyball?
Matches are decided by winning 3 sets. Each set continues until 25 points are reached and one team has a 2-point lead over the opponent. A fundamental rule is that the ball must be sent to the opponent's court within a maximum of 3 passes. This system is taught in detail during Kayseri volleyball course training sessions.
Volleyball Rules and Rule Violations:
Playing the ball four times in a row
Don't touch the net.
Faulty serve
Players making positional errors
Foot-tackling the ball (except for exceptions) is prohibited.
What are volleyball techniques?
Volleyball Hitting Techniques:
Cuff: A basic technique using the forearm to receive the ball.
Slam dunk: An offensive technique involving hitting the ball quickly and powerfully from above.
Block: A defensive move made in front of the net to stop the opponent's attack.
Finger Pass: A technique performed with the fingertips, involving precise passing of the ball to a teammate.
Service: The shot that starts the game (there are various types such as underserve, overserve, and spike serve).
Volleyball Posture and Movement Techniques:
