What is Taekwondo? Taekwondo is a martial art and sport originating in Korea, practiced with bare hands and feet. In Taekwondo, belts are worn over the uniform to indicate skill and experience. These belts come in white, yellow, green, blue, red, and black. Belt exams are held every four months, and those who pass advance to the next belt level. The black belt is the highest rank.

How to do Taekwondo? Taekwondo matches consist of three 2-minute rounds. There is a 1-minute break between rounds. Matches begin and end with the athletes greeting each other and the referees. An athlete who makes a foul receives a penalty; an athlete who accumulates 3 penalty points is considered to have forfeited the match.
What are the techniques of Taekwondo? The basic techniques of Taekwondo consist of foot and fist strikes.

Week 3: Flexibility and Strength
Basic and advanced stretching techniques.
Arm and leg muscle strengthening exercises
Week 4: Defensive Techniques
Basic and advanced defensive movements
Blocking and counterattack strategies
