Cappadocia Horse and Equestrian Culture Festival

• Who can participate: Professional and Amateur Riders. (Professionals participate in a separate team. Amateur participants cannot participate in the parade.)
• Who cannot participate: 12-year-old participants. Those with health problems.
• Horse Festival Activities: Horse Parades, Horse Tours, Horseback Riding Tours, Group Horse Racing Event, Concerts, Games and Animation, Equestrian Seminars. Photography events.

 Accommodation Standards

• Accommodation is in boutique local hotels in and around the center of Göreme.

• Rooms 2 people (double or twin) It is planned as such.

• Guests requesting single occupancyGuests can stay in single rooms by paying the single room supplement.

• The hotels are designed with a stone or rock concept, in keeping with the regional architecture.

• It operates on a bed and breakfast concept.

• Check-in time is 2 PM, check-out time is 11 AM.

Lunch and Dinner

• As stated during the program Lunch and dinner are included in the tour price.

• Food is served at the festival grounds or at participating local restaurants.

• The menu features regional Cappadocian delicacies.

• An alternative menu option is available for vegetarian guests.

• Special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) must be indicated at the time of booking.

Participation Terms and Rules

1. Since the festival program includes nature and outdoor activities, participants should be in good health.

2. Participation in horseback riding tours requires following the instructions of the organizing team.

3. Participants under the age of 18 may join the program with parental permission.

4. Due to safety regulations, helmet use is mandatory at equestrian events.

5. The program schedule is subject to change depending on weather conditions or directions from official authorities.

6. The organization reserves the right to terminate the participation of individuals who engage in behavior that jeopardizes the safety of attendees.

7. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the specified prepayment.

8. Cancellation terms are subject to the conditions stated in the contract.
