International Taekwondo Poomsea Athlete Development Camp

General Information:

• Camp Duration: 6 Days / 7 Nights
• Place : Ankara (alternative: Antalya)
• Participants: Adults
• Coaches. :  Turkish National Taekwondo Team Coaches
• Aim : Technical and tactical development, increased endurance, psychological preparation, cultural experience.

Services Included in the Camp Fee:

• Accommodation (rooms for 2-3 people)
• 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
• All training and exercises
• Cultural events and excursions
• Sports insurance
• Certificate of participation

Requirements for Participation:

1. Valid taekwondo license
2. Health report
3. Parental consent (for those under 18)
4. WT approved taekwondo equipment (helmet, chest protector, etc.)
