Requirements for Taekwondo Training Camps

• Participants wishing to attend the Taekwondo training camp must submit their health reports to the camp committee.
• Participants under the age of 18 who wish to attend the Taekwondo training camp must submit a parental consent form.
• Participant forms are located below.
• Participants in the junior and cadet categories of taekwondo must have at least a red-black belt level.
• Participants in both the junior and senior categories must have a minimum Black Belt level.
• All participants must possess a Taekwondo athlete license. Taekwondo athletes from countries outside of Türkiye may participate with their national athlete licenses.

Taekwondo Course Camp Accommodation Standards

• The price is for a 6-night, 7-day camping trip per person.
• Accommodation is in double rooms on a full board basis.
• For single occupancy in a room, a room supplement will be charged. Participants can add the room supplement to their reservations via the extras section.

Taekwondo Course Camp Food and Breakfast Standards

• Breakfast is included in the price as a buffet at the Taekwondo camp.
• Lunch and dinner are included in the price at the Taekwondo camp. 
• Drinks are extra at lunch and dinner.
• Water is included in the price and is free throughout the entire program.
• Alternative menus are available for vegetarian participants.

Clothing Required for the Türkiye Taekwondo Training Camp

• Taekwondo trainees attending the camps are required to bring their dobok (taekwondo uniform). Participants who wish to purchase extra dobok can add them from the extras section.
• Participants who wish to use personal protective equipment may bring their own. 
• Participants are required to bring personal clothing and spare underwear. 
• Participants should bring their own personal items such as running shoes, slippers, and taekwondo shoes.
• Camp tracksuits are included in the price and provided for each participant.

Transportation

• Domestic and international transportation to Nevsehir for the Taekwondo camp is the responsibility of the participants.
• KADOST.COM We can provide transportation reservations for domestic and international travel upon request. This service is subject to an extra charge.
• Airport shuttle services to and from Nevşehir and Kayseri airports provide free terminal transfers. 
• Transportation, when necessary, will be provided by KADOST throughout the camp program.

Reporting

• Based on measurements, tests, technical and tactical training conducted throughout the camp, expert Taekwondo coaches prepare personal development reports and deliver them to the participants.

Coaches

• The taekwondo course camp instructors and coaches are trainers who have served at the national team level.

Health and Insurance

• Full-service healthcare, including doctors, ambulances, and emergency medical services, is provided throughout the camp.
• All athletes are covered by sports health insurance throughout the camp. Sports health insurance is included in the camp price.
