Basic Striking Techniques:
Ap Chagi (Front Kick): A straight forward kick.
Dollyo Chagi (Roundhouse Kick): Circular kick.
Yop Chagi (Side Kick): Side kick.
Dwit Chagi (Back Kick): A backward kick.
Naeryo Chagi (Axe Kick): A kick from above downwards.
Palkup Chigi (Elbow Strike): Elbow strike.
Jireugi (Punch): A punch.
