İbrahim Ethem Hacıosmanoğlu is a Turkish businessman, sports administrator, and the 37th president of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF). He was born in Of district (Hayrat town) of Trabzon. He has been involved in trade for many years, owning companies particularly in the construction and petroleum sectors. After serving as an administrator at Akçaabat Sebatspor, he held the position of vice president at Trabzonspor between 2005 and 2007. Subsequently, he served as the 15th club president of Trabzonspor between 2013 and 2015. In the elections of July 2024, he was elected as the President of the TFF, becoming the 37th president of Turkish football.
