Number of Participants:

• Camps consist of a maximum of 25 participants. 
• Numbers may vary at private camps.
• Private camping trips can be organized for 4 or more people.
• For institutional, municipal, club, and school camps, please contact our company representatives.

Accommodation Camp Standards:

• The camp includes a 3-night stay.
• The tents are for two people.
• Participants can stay in a single-person tent by paying a supplementary fee.
• The campsite offers showers, toilets (WC), and Wi-Fi facilities.
• The campsite is a secure area with cameras.
• The campsite includes a leisure lounge, dining rooms, and breakfast areas.
• Camping tents are equipped with heaters depending on the weather conditions. 
• Camping tents are room-type tents with beds, at least 10 square meters in size.
• Laundry facilities are available at the campsite, and participants can use them whenever they wish.

Meals:

• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as set menus and are included in the price.
• Camp breakfasts consist of a minimum of 15 different items in a buffet style. Camp meals include soup, a main course, a snack, salad, fruit, and dessert. 
• Drinks (except water) are subject to an extra charge.
• Camp meals are prepared in clean, sterile areas. There are no food restrictions for participants. Each participant can take as much food or breakfast as they want.
• Special meals are provided for vegetarian participants.

Language:

• The spoken language in the camps is Turkish and English.
• Language options can be added for 5 or more participants.

Participant Rules:

• Camps may be cancelled for individuals who violate rules or disturb other participants during the camp.
• Participants whose camp is cancelled will not receive a refund.

Weather Conditions:

• Camp plans and contents are subject to change depending on weather conditions.
• Our company is not responsible for any disruptions that may occur due to adverse weather conditions.
• Camping plans may be modified depending on changing weather and terrain conditions.

CAMP Program and Standards:

• The camps have a daily activity program of 6 hours.
• Breaks, meals, and other free time are included in this period.
• The schedule may be subject to change depending on terrain, weather, and natural conditions.
• Campsites involve challenging terrain. Throughout the camping trip, you may be exposed to natural elements such as mud, rain, snow, and water. 
• Security measures have been taken at the camps. The camp area is closed to outside access.
• Emergency response and medical facilities are available at the campsite.

CAMPING ACTIVITY ROUTES: *Our camp is based at the KADOST facility in Göreme town. This area is located near the hot air balloon launch sites, and participants can see the balloons in the mornings. Our camp activities take place in the Kılıçlar Valley, Güllü Valley, Kızılçukur, Meskendir Valley, Güvercinlik Valley, Aktepe, Paşabağ, Çavuşin, and Uçhisar regions. 

Camping Tools and Equipment: The tents used in our camps are waterproof and suitable for camping conditions. Beds, blankets, and pillows are for individual use and are changed at regular intervals. The tools, equipment, and materials used in the camps comply with camping and environmental standards. The use of tools, equipment, and gear is planned according to the age groups of the participants.
