  • The stove, cordless vacuum cleaner, music system, and electric awning are other features in the vehicle.
  • When there is an external power connection, the air conditioner (Hantech brand) 

    For hot water, an electric water heater is used.

1. General Information about Caravan Rentals in Türkiye:

   • The price is for a 3-night, 4-day caravan rental.
   • For information on caravan features, equipment, and other essentials, please visit the programs section.
   • A delivery/return fee will be added depending on the address and province where the vehicle will be delivered.
   • The price does not include a driver. To add a driver to your reservation, please add one in the extras section.

2. Caravan Rental Pricing and Payment:

   • A delivery/return fee will be added depending on the address and province where the vehicle will be delivered.
   • The price does not include a driver. To add a driver to your reservation, please add one in the extras section.
   • You can use our bank accounts for EFT payments and our web system for credit card payments. Our online reservations have a secure payment and reservation infrastructure.

3. Driver's License and Age Requirements for Caravan Rentals:

   • You need a Class B driver's license to use or rent a caravan.
   • Caravan rentals are not available to individuals under the age of 22. However, rentals may be possible if sufficient references are provided.

4. Caravan Insurance:

   • Our vehicles are fully insured. 
   • Items lost, stolen, or damaged in vehicles are not covered by insurance. However, the renter is responsible for covering damages caused by user error.
   • Personal travel insurance is not included in this policy. You can purchase travel insurance through the extras section.

5. Caravan Delivery and Return:

   • Please select your caravan pick-up date from the reservation calendar. 
   • Please write your desired pick-up and return addresses in the notes section. (Free delivery is available for caravan rentals in Cappadocia) 
   • When picking up the caravan, take photos of the vehicle and its interior features.

6. Deposit and Additional Fees:

   • A deposit of EU 150 is required for rentals. This deposit will be returned to the renter after a smooth return and check-in process. 
   • No extra mileage or cleaning fees are charged. However, if the user causes damage requiring cleaning, the damage will be covered from the deposit.
   • Bridge, highway, and parking fees, as well as traffic fines, are the responsibility of the renter.

7. Cancellation Policy:

   • For vehicle reservations, payments are collected on the day the reservation is made. 
   • The rental agent can cancel the reservation and receive a refund up to 10 days prior to the rental period.
   • In cases of illness preventing travel, death of a first-degree relative, or exam changes, the charterer may request a cancellation one day in advance and receive a refund. For cancellations related to these situations, the charterer must provide the necessary documentation.

8. Caravan Technical Details:

   • Our caravan is less than 10 years old, diesel, and has a manual transmission. It is delivered with all maintenance and major servicing fully completed.
   • Our caravans generate their own electricity with solar panels, allowing for uninterrupted power supply for TV, internet, refrigerator, interior lighting, and exterior lighting without needing external electricity. 
   • An additional generator can be included in the vehicle upon request. The additional generator is not included in the price and will be charged separately.
   • Our caravans have 2 x 200 (2 units) gel batteries - leisure batteries - with a smart inverter, and one of the batteries is a spare.

9. Equipment and Materials:

   • The vehicle includes a TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, interior lighting, and exterior lighting.
   • The toilet has a macerator system (odor-free), a water pump, and a hot and cold water system. 
   • The stove, cordless vacuum cleaner, and awning are other equipment in the vehicle.
   • The air conditioner turns on when there is an external electrical connection. 

     For hot water, an electric water heater is used.

10. Roadside Assistance and Emergency Services:

    • Roadside assistance and emergency services are available to address potential problems that may arise with a caravan on the road. Technical malfunctions are covered by our company. User-caused malfunctions and breakdowns are the responsibility of the user.
