MobiHotel Setup Services 

Location: We offer mobile hotel setup services to every region of Türkiye.

Duration: Our mobile hotels offer services for stays ranging from a minimum of 2 days to 1 year.

Price: Our prices are for a one-night stay in a double tent room. 

Accommodation Standards: Our mobile hotels offer accommodation in rainproof, four-season tent rooms of at least 16 square meters. Rooms include heating, lighting, electricity, and internet access. 24-hour hot water and toilet facilities are available. Complimentary hot beverage service is provided 24 hours a day, and cold beverage service is available for a fee. Computers or tablets can be provided in the rooms upon request (extra charge). Beds are elevated, standard bed bases, and include linens. Laundry and ironing services are available 24 hours a day at the mobile hotel. 

Mobile Hotel Breakfast Standards: The mobile hotel offers an unlimited breakfast buffet with a minimum of 24 different items.

Mobile Hotel Food Standards: Meals at the mobile hotel are prepared and served in the mobile hotel kitchen. Participants have the opportunity to create their own menus. 

Installation Time: Our mobile hotel services, excluding transportation, can be set up in 4-5 hours with an average of 25 rooms. This time may be shorter or longer depending on the season and terrain conditions. 

Mobile Hotel Options: A mobile hotel, due to its mobility, can quickly relocate to different locations. This provides the freedom to take your hotel room and amenities with you if needed. Mobile hotels include logistical units such as a restaurant, laundry, dishwashing area, and integrated energy and lighting systems. Consequently, laundry and ironing services, 24-hour room service, Wi-Fi, lighting, and electricity services are provided. 

Activities at the Mobile Hotel: The mobile hotel offers additional activity services such as horseback riding, ATV safari, jeep safari, canoe safari, and cycling for an extra fee.

Areas of application: Mobile caravans are primarily used in corporate events and group tourist trips, as well as concerts, festivals, and sporting events. They are preferred for long-term horseback riding, ATV, and jeep safari tours, and as logistical infrastructure services for special vacations. They are used in youth camps and summer camps during school holidays. In the film and television industry, they meet logistical needs in areas where caravan transport is not possible. They also provide logistical support in emergencies such as disasters and search and rescue operations.
