PDC Studio is here to support your corporate wellness events.
At PDC Studio, we work with small, select client groups (15-30 people) and offer a variety of off-site services requiring minimal space and/or equipment.
As you know, workplace stress not only jeopardizes employees' mental health but also negatively impacts their performance and the overall success of the company. We understand that a company's most valuable asset is its employees, and we aim to help create a more conducive work environment where employees at all levels thrive and feel valued. Through group physical activities and meditation, we can:
Strengthening Team Bonds
Various studies have shown that employees who participate in non-work-related group activities form better teams in the workplace.
Helping to Reduce Stress
Researchers have also found that physical activity during the day (within working hours) helps manage work-related stress.
Creating a Shared Experience
Being a team means standing by each other through good times and bad, and healthy relationships are built on shared experiences.
Our Off-Site Services
PDC Studio Motion Quality Seminar
Our Movement Quality Seminar, based on the "PDC Movement Quality Guide" also available on our website, aims to teach clients the fundamental knowledge necessary to understand what movement quality is, identify any deformities or tendencies that restrict movement in their bodies at an early stage, and resolve them before bigger problems arise in the future.
We bring the quality of movement training we teach adults in our studio to your office, using a question-and-answer presentation to explain the functions of the musculoskeletal system and discuss concepts such as mobility and stability.
We also provide comprehensive basic information on what problems you might experience in the future, or how to proceed with any existing musculoskeletal problems, depending on your body type, activity history, age, and current activity level.
We explain when and how to address musculoskeletal problems, which are very typical of sedentary lifestyles (those who work at desks and use vehicles for transportation), through exercise and medical intervention; we detail which sport to focus on if the problem can be solved with exercise; and which specialist to consult if medical support is needed.
The training duration can vary between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the number of participants and the question-and-answer session.
