*MEETING: Our Cappadocia photo shoots begin with a meeting. Meetings usually take place at your hotel or at our Kadost Göreme facilities. If you don't have your own vehicle, we provide transportation from your hotel. This service is free for Göreme and Çavuşin locations, but is chargeable for other locations.

*PLANNING: We provide you with brief information about video and photo shoots. During this time, we listen to you and fully understand your expectations. Then, our professional and experienced photographers create the most suitable video and photo shoot plans for you. 

*TRANSPORTATION TO THE AREA WHERE VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY WILL BE SHOT: After the shooting plans are finalized, we're heading to the valleys of Cappadocia for video and photo shoots. Cappadocia is a vast open-air video and photo shooting location. 

*START FILMING: Our photographers begin shooting the best videos and photos according to the plan. During this time, they will guide you through the process according to the best shooting strategies. Videos and photos are then taken at the designated locations.

*PHOTOGRAPHS AND EDITING: After the shoot, our photographers will decide which of the videos and photos you select will be edited. You will send the numbers of your chosen photos and videos to our photographers. Our photographers will then edit these photos and videos to optimize them for social media publication. This process can take up to a week after the shoot. Each photo and video frame is worked on individually, with adjustments made to lighting, sound, and image quality. Unnecessary and potentially poor-quality content in photos is removed. Lighting and color adjustments are made. In videos, editing, cutting, pasting, and music adjustments are performed. After approximately one week of work, you will have video and photo content that will be a lifelong memory for you.

Who are we shooting for?  For couples, newlyweds, or those about to get married who want to take photos and videos as souvenirs during their Cappadocia vacation, we produce digital content.

1. Package Included:

   • Scope: The average shooting time is 2 hours. There are a minimum of 4 shooting locations. A minimum of 50-60 shots are taken at each shooting location.
   • Included in the package: *Outdoor photoshoots in 4 different locations. The word "location" refers to popular shooting areas in Cappadocia. *Photo and video shoots with individual horses. *Video and photo shoots with running horses. *Carpet and rug themed shoots. *1 flowing dress for women. *30 photos with lighting and image editing. *2 music video clips. *Digital delivery of all photos and videos. *30x76 Panoramic Album *2 Family Albums - 2 Pocket Albums - 2 Posters *Legal fee payments.
   • With individual horses and racing horses. Photo shoot What is the difference between them? Individual horse photography involves taking photos and videos with one or two horses in the Cappadocia Valleys. Running horse photography is a concept where the horses run in a safe area and the person being photographed walks in front of them. You can find example photos below.

   • What is a legal fee payment? In Cappadocia, a fee of around 1000 TL is paid to the Cappadocia Regional Directorate for professional filming. Those who conduct professional filming without paying this fee may be fined around 1000 USD.
   • Extras: Drone footage, classic car photos, carpet/rug concept photos, and transportation to the shooting location are not included in the price.

2. Booking and Planning:

   • Advance Reservation: Due to potential high demand, especially during the summer months and on weekends, reservations are recommended in advance. Prices may also vary depending on the date.
   • Sunrise or Sunset: Taking photos during these times when the light is at its best will add aesthetic appeal to your photographs. Also, if you want to take photos with hot air balloons, it's necessary to do so early in the morning, around the time the balloons take off.
