Cappadocia Parent-Child Nature Camps - 2 Nights - 3 Days
KIDS PROGRAM
DAY 1 *Welcome. Meeting with the group and instructors. Settling into rooms. (Children stay together in rooms of three. They may stay in rooms of two at the discretion of the supervisor.) Putting on camp uniforms. Meeting to discuss camp rules and the activity program. *Trekking theory lesson: Terrain and nature risks. Safety measures in the terrain. Off-road walking techniques. Descending/ascending hills in the terrain. Using trekking poles and ropes. Practical Trekking: Trekking in Meskendir Valley. -Dinner: Camp meal served in a cafeteria style. Menu. *Evening count. HANDICRAFTS: Making necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and keychains. *Evening horse feeding. 20 minutes.
DAY 2: *06:30 Wake-up. Morning roll call. *Feeding the horses. 20 min. *Going balloon watching. Camp kitchen... Preparing and having breakfast at the camp. *Theoretical horseback riding training (LESSON 40 MIN.) Getting to know the horses. Safety in horseback riding... Approaching the horses. Grooming and caring for the horse. Putting on the equipment. Mounting/dismounting the horse. Communication with the horse and guiding the horse. 40 MIN. Break. *Practical Riding Training 1 (LESSON 40 MIN.) Approaching horses. Grooming and caring for horses. Putting on equipment. Mounting/dismounting the horse. Communication with the horse and guiding the horse. 40 MIN. Break. *Practical horseback riding training 2 (LESSON 40 MIN.) Mounting/dismounting. Guiding in a controlled environment. *Terrain excursion: Valley of the Swords, Girls' Monastery, Güllü Valley, Kızılçukur panoramic view, return. *Feeding the horses takes 20 minutes. *Lunch *Theoretical cycling training (LESSON 40 MIN.) Familiarization with bicycle equipment. Bicycle safety in off-road riding. Use of brakes and gears in off-road conditions. Descending/ascending hills off-road. *Practical mountain bike training 1 (LESSON 40 MIN.) Test ride, gears, brakes, uphill/downhill practice. *Terrain riding: Cycling in Güllü Valley. *Return. Rest. *Camping Theory & Practical Training: Familiarization with camping equipment. Campsite selection. Safety at the campsite. Accommodation will be in a tent or room depending on seasonal conditions. *Evening meal *Live music around the campfire after dinner. *Feeding the horses: 20 minutes. *Rest-at-home.
DAY 3: *Morning count. 07:00 Feeding the horses. 20 minutes. *Love Valley trekking. *Return. Breakfast. Working in the garden with soil according to seasonal tasks. *Break *Motorsports theoretical training: (Educational Games for 05-07 age group) - Familiarizing yourself with vehicle equipment. Safety. Using brakes, throttle, and gears on ATVs. Basic traffic rules. -Driving in a stable, controlled area, accompanied by instructors. *Feeding the horses. 20 min. -Lunch. Preparing food at the camp. *Basic climbing and knot training. (Rope knot techniques. Rope usage according to climbing conditions) *Break, free time. *Basic Horse Riding Training off-road riding. Off-road riding in the Swords Valley. *End of program, departure from the facility.
PARENTING PROGRAM
DAY 1: *Welcome. Meeting with the group and instructors. Check-in to rooms. (Parents stay in separate rooms from children) *Short sightseeing tour. Visit to Esentepe Panorama. Visit to Uçhisar Castle. Visit to Uçhisar Cevizli. Sunset in Kızılçukur. -Dinner: Menu in our restaurant section. Free time for parents.
DAY 2: *Breakfast *ATV TOUR 120 MIN: Kılıçlar Valley, Güllü Valley-Kızılçukur Panorama, Love Valley. *LUNCH Menu in our restaurant section. *HORSE RIDING TOUR 120 MIN: Kılıçar Valley Canyon. Girls' Monastery. Güllü Valley. *Trekking: Kızılçukur Valley. Sunset in Kızılçukur. *Evening Turkish Night Entertainment Program. Local folk dances. Animations... Unlimited drinks, snacks, fruit...
DAY 3: *Breakfast. Free time until 11:00. Cappadocia region tour. Visit to Paşabağları and ceramic workshops. Trying out pottery making. Dervent Dream Valley. Visit to Ürgüp wine cellars and local products. Visit to the Three Beauties fairy chimneys. Visit to Ortahisar Castle.

Number of Participants:
- Camps consist of a maximum of 25 participants.
- Numbers may vary at private camps.
- Private camping trips can be organized for 4 or more people.

Accommodation Camp Standards:
- The camp includes a two-night stay.
- The tents are for two people.
- Participants can stay in a single-person tent by paying a supplementary fee.
- The campsite offers showers, toilets (WC), and Wi-Fi facilities.
- The campsite is a secure area with cameras.
- The campsite includes a leisure lounge, dining rooms, and breakfast areas.
- Camping tents are equipped with heaters depending on the weather conditions.
- Camping tents are room-type tents with beds, at least 10 square meters in size.
- Laundry facilities are available at the campsite, and participants can use them whenever they wish.
Meals:
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served as set menus and are included in the price.
- Camp breakfasts consist of a minimum of 15 different items in a buffet style. Camp meals include soup, a main course, a snack, salad, fruit, and dessert.
- Drinks (except water) are subject to an extra charge.
- Camp meals are prepared in clean, sterile areas. There are no food restrictions for participants. Each participant can take as much food or breakfast as they want.
- Special meals are provided for vegetarian participants.
Language:
- The spoken language in the camps is Turkish and English.
- Language options can be added for 5 or more participants.
Participant Rules:
- Camps may be cancelled for individuals who violate rules or disturb other participants during the camp.
- Participants whose camp is cancelled will not receive a refund.
Weather Conditions:
- Camp plans and contents are subject to change depending on weather conditions.
- Our company is not responsible for any disruptions that may occur due to adverse weather conditions.
- Camping plans may be modified depending on changing weather and terrain conditions.
CAMP Program and Standards:
- The camps have a daily activity program of 6 hours.
- Breaks, meals, and other free time are included in this period.
- The schedule may be subject to change depending on terrain, weather, and natural conditions.
- Campsites involve challenging terrain. Throughout the camping trip, you may be exposed to natural elements such as mud, rain, snow, and water.
- Security measures have been taken at the camps. The camp area is closed to outside access.
- Emergency response and medical facilities are available at the campsite.
CAMPING ACTIVITY ROUTES: *Our camp is based at the KADOST facility in Göreme town. This area is located near the hot air balloon launch sites, and participants can see the balloons in the mornings. Our camp activities take place in the Kılıçlar Valley, Güllü Valley, Kızılçukur, Meskendir Valley, Güvercinlik Valley, Aktepe, Paşabağ, Çavuşin, and Uçhisar regions.
Camping Tools and Equipment: The tents used in our camps are waterproof and suitable for camping conditions. Beds, blankets, and pillows are for individual use and are changed at regular intervals. The tools, equipment, and materials used in the camps comply with camping and environmental standards. The use of tools, equipment, and gear is planned according to the age groups of the participants.
