Minibus Rental Standards

• You can rent minibuses throughout Türkiye. 
• Please select the number of days for long-term rentals. (2, 3, 4, 5 days) 
• Please write your requests regarding specific location, transportation options, travel route, etc., in the NOTES section. 
• The price is for one day of minibus rental. Prices will change per day as the number of days increases. 
• The price is the rental fee EXCLUDING FUEL.
•  You can add Fuel-Distance settings from the EXTRAS section. 
• The vehicle comes with 150km of fuel for initial use. 
• Fuel payments can be made by the renter at the time of refueling. The average fuel consumption of our minibuses is 12 liters per 100 km. 
• Requests such as the number of in-vehicle cafe breaks or lunchboxes are added to the pricing as extras. 
• The vehicles have a capacity of 14 or 17 people.

Minibus Rental Terms and Conditions

• Reservation and Cancellation Terms: Minibus rental reservations must be made at least 7 days before the travel date. In case of cancellation, a refund will be issued if notification is given 3 days in advance. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
• Payment Terms: The rental fee is paid in advance. Full payments must be completed at least 3 days before the travel date. Payments can be made via bank transfer or through KADOST.COM's payment channels.
• Minibus and Driver Information: The rented minibus is equipped with air conditioning, a spacious interior, and comfortable seats to suit your needs. Our professional and experienced drivers are at your service 24 hours a day to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
• Travel Time and Distance: Your trip is limited to a maximum of 24 hours. Longer trips will incur an additional charge. The initial rental includes 150 km of fuel. The rental company can refuel the vehicle or add more fuel from their allowance.
• Luggage Equipment During Your Trip: Extra storage space is provided for luggage equipment. However, there are weight and volume limitations for equipment. Extra storage space can be requested if needed.
• Social Spaces and Needs: During long journeys, breaks are provided for the comfort of passengers. Breaks are taken at the most suitable rest areas. Water, snacks, and hygiene materials are available on the minibus to meet the health and comfort needs of the passengers.
• Accidents and Insurance: Minibus rental services are offered with accident and emergency insurance. This ensures the safety of your passengers is prioritized.
• Additional Services: Depending on your needs, a guide, assistant, or security personnel can be provided. In-vehicle cafe breaks or lunchboxes can be requested as an extra.
