Program Flow

2. Warm-up and Basic Movements (10 minutes)
Dynamic warm-up exercises are performed under the guidance of a professional instructor. Basic tennis grips and movements are introduced.

3. Tennis Training and Free Play (40 minutes)
One-on-one or paired practice sessions are offered depending on the participant's experience level. Tennis is learned and played through mini-games and fun training sessions.
